Household Concept
A household is the shared container for your calendars, lists, chores, reminders, member roster, invite codes, and plan context. Berg treats this as the main collaboration boundary inside the app.
Berg is organized around households, not isolated individual accounts. Your household membership determines what shared content you can see and which management actions you can take.

During setup, switch to the Create mode, fill in your personal profile details, choose a household name, and continue. The first person who creates the household is typically the admin.
If someone already invited you, use the Join mode and enter the invite code. Invite links can also prefill the code after you authenticate.
Berg currently distinguishes between two main household roles.
Some screens look different depending on role. For example, the chore view for admins is a management screen, while children see only their own assigned chores for the day.
Household admins can create invites from Settings. Berg also tracks the current plan's member and admin limits, so invite creation can be disabled when the household has reached its allowed number of seats or admin slots.
