Create Reminders
Use the plus button in the Reminders toolbar to create a reminder. If your current role can create reminders, the editor sheet opens and lets you enter the title and other reminder details.
Create, filter, assign, and complete reminders.
The Reminders tab is designed for shared family reminder management while still respecting role-based visibility and editing rules.
Filters
Berg includes a segmented filter bar above the reminder list so you can narrow what you see.
- All: everything you are allowed to see.
- Mine: reminders assigned to you.
- By Me: reminders you created.
Categories and Assignment
Reminders are grouped by category in the list. Each row can also show who the reminder is assigned to and who created it, which helps preserve household context without forcing extra taps.
Complete, Edit, and Delete
Berg uses direct row interactions for the main reminder actions.
- Swipe from the leading side to mark an eligible reminder as done.
- Swipe from the trailing side to delete a reminder when your role allows it.
- Tap a reminder row to edit it if you have edit access.
Permissions
- Admins can see, edit, delete, and complete any reminder.
- Children can see reminders they created and reminders assigned to them.
- Children can edit or delete reminders they created.
- Children can only mark reminders complete when assigned to them.
